Item values displayed on the platform are for simulation purposes and are based on market reference pricing. CaseRush.gg is not responsible for fluctuations in virtual item values.

CaseRush.gg reserves the right to adjust virtual currency balances, item values, and related systems at any time without prior notice.

All games on CaseRush.gg use provably fair algorithms. Every game outcome is cryptographically determined before bets are placed and can be independently verified.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or reverse-engineer game mechanics, algorithms, or systems is strictly prohibited.

Use of automated scripts, bots, browser extensions, or third-party software designed to interact with the platform's games is not allowed.

CaseRush.gg reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to operational availability, including but not limited to current inventory levels, liquidity, provider availability, network conditions, and compliance or risk review requirements. Withdrawals are not guaranteed to be fulfilled instantly, even when the user holds a valid withdrawable balance.

Item withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily unavailable if matching inventory is not currently available for fulfillment. In such cases, the withdrawal request will remain pending until inventory is replenished through normal operational activity.

Crypto withdrawals may be delayed, queued, or temporarily unavailable due to liquidity constraints, wallet or payment provider availability, blockchain network conditions, scheduled maintenance, or compliance review processes.

CaseRush.gg will make reasonable efforts to fulfill withdrawal requests in a timely manner. However, fulfillment timelines are not guaranteed and may vary based on the factors described above.

Deposits made through fraudulent means will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance. CaseRush.gg cooperates with law enforcement when necessary.

Users must treat all other users and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, spam, and other abusive behavior are prohibited.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

CaseRush.gg may take enforcement actions including warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans for violations of these terms or platform rules.
