Platform Rules

By using CaseRush.gg, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in account restrictions or termination.

1. Account Rules

•You must be at least 18 years of age to use CaseRush.gg.
•Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
•You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with anyone.
•Account selling, trading, or transferring is prohibited.
•You must provide accurate information when requested for verification purposes.

•All deposits are processed in virtual currency (Crystals or Coins) and carry no real-world monetary value.
•Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the respective pages.
•Withdrawal requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing.
•Withdrawal fulfillment depends on operational availability, including inventory levels, liquidity, provider status, and network conditions. Requests may be delayed or queued until sufficient availability is restored.
•Item withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable if matching inventory is not in stock. Crypto withdrawals may be delayed due to liquidity constraints, provider availability, or network conditions.
•Deposits made through fraudulent means will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.
•Processing times vary by method. Estimated times are shown during the transaction but are not guaranteed.

•All games on CaseRush.gg use provably fair algorithms. You may verify any game outcome using our verification tool.
•Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited. If you discover a bug, report it to support immediately.
•Use of automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with games is not allowed.
•Intentional manipulation of game outcomes through collusion or any other means is prohibited.
•Game results are final once confirmed by the server. Disputed outcomes can be verified through our provably fair system.

•Promotional offers, bonuses, and rewards are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
•Abuse of promotional systems — including creating accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account suspension.
•CaseRush.gg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
•Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected.

•Treat all users and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior in chat or any platform feature will not be tolerated.
•Do not spam, advertise, or promote external services in chat.
•Do not impersonate CaseRush.gg staff, moderators, or other users.
•Sharing or soliciting personal information of other users is prohibited.
•Users who violate conduct rules may receive warnings, temporary mutes, or permanent bans at staff discretion.

•Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or abuse the platform or its users will result in immediate account termination.
•This includes but is not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity theft, money laundering, multi-accounting for promotional abuse, and exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
•CaseRush.gg reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and share information with relevant authorities if necessary.
•Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

•Item values displayed on the platform are based on current market pricing and may fluctuate.
•Items in your inventory are virtual and are subject to the platform's terms of service.
•CaseRush.gg is not responsible for price fluctuations of virtual items after they have been received.
•Attempting to manipulate item values or exploit pricing discrepancies is prohibited.

•CaseRush.gg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice.
•Decisions made by the CaseRush.gg team regarding rule enforcement are final.
•If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support@caserush.gg.
•Continued violation of rules after warnings may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
