Yes, minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page. These minimums help cover processing costs.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method used and current operational availability. Skin withdrawals are typically processed within minutes when inventory is available. Crypto withdrawals depend on liquidity and network conditions. See /help/withdrawals for full details on processing times and requirements.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons, including: security or compliance review, inventory unavailability for item withdrawals, liquidity constraints for crypto withdrawals, payment provider or network issues, or account verification requirements. Your request will remain in queue and be fulfilled once availability is restored. Contact support if you need an update.

Item withdrawal availability depends on current inventory levels. If a specific item is temporarily out of stock, your withdrawal may be delayed until inventory is replenished through normal platform operations. You will be notified when your request can be fulfilled.

Yes. Crypto withdrawals may be delayed, queued, or temporarily unavailable due to liquidity constraints, wallet or provider availability, blockchain network congestion, scheduled maintenance, or compliance review. We process requests as quickly as operational conditions allow.

Games

CaseRush.gg offers case opening, case battles, coinflip, crash, roulette, jackpot, and upgrader. Each game has unique mechanics and strategies.

In case battles, you compete against other players by opening the same cases. The player (or team) with the highest total item value wins all the items from every participant.

Crash is a multiplier game where you place a bet and watch the multiplier rise. Cash out before it crashes to lock in your winnings. The longer you wait, the higher the potential reward — but if the game crashes before you cash out, you lose your bet.

Crystal mode uses virtual crystals for a casual, arcade-like experience. Coin mode simulates real-value currency for a more realistic experience. Both use virtual currency only — no real money is at risk.

Inventory

Items you win from games are added to your CaseRush.gg inventory. You can view them by clicking the inventory icon in the navigation bar.

Yes, you can sell items from your inventory back to the platform for their current market value, which will be added to your balance.

Item values are based on current market pricing and can fluctuate. The value shown at the time of a transaction is the value that applies.

Provably Fair

Provably Fair is a cryptographic system that ensures every game outcome is determined before your bet is placed and cannot be manipulated. It uses server seeds, client seeds, and nonces to generate verifiable results.

Visit the Provably Fair page, enter the game ID or round details, and our verification tool will show you exactly how the outcome was calculated. You can also verify manually using the seed information.

Yes, you can change your client seed at any time from the Provably Fair page. When you change it, the previous server seed is revealed so you can verify all past rounds.

Responsible Gambling
