Select “Sign in with Steam” to create your account. Your Steam profile information (username and avatar) will be used to set up your RustRush profile automatically.

Your display name is synced from your Steam profile. To change it, update your Steam profile name and the change will appear on RustRush.

After signing in, you’ll see a banner asking you to add and verify your email address. Open the verification link sent to your inbox to complete the process.

Make sure your Steam account is in good standing and that you’re not using a VPN that blocks authentication. If the problem continues, contact our support team.

There is no “delete account” option in your settings. To have your account deleted, write to support and ask for account deletion: we then remove your personal information within a reasonable time, except what we must keep by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution. If you want to stop playing rather than delete your account, self-exclusion blocks every game for the period you choose, which can be permanent, and it cannot be shortened or lifted early.

While your account is self-excluded, or restricted because it was flagged for multi-accounting, you cannot withdraw or start a new deposit for as long as the restriction lasts. If you have a question about your balance, a withdrawal you already requested, or funds you sent to a deposit address you were given earlier, write to support and a person on our team will explain what happens to it.

Select Deposit in the navigation bar. You can deposit using skins or crypto. Your balance updates after the deposit is confirmed. See /help/deposits for step-by-step instructions.

A Rust skin deposit has no trade hold: it credits in full as soon as the accepted trade is verified, although Steam account restrictions can delay the trade being accepted. A crypto deposit credits once the network has confirmed it. The Deposits page shows the status of every deposit.

Yes. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and appear on the deposit page. These minimums help cover processing costs.

Processing time depends on where the skin comes from and on the withdrawal method. In stock skins are usually quick when our trade bot is online. Market skins (CS2 only): the seller promises to deliver or cancel within the window shown before you confirm. On request skins have no fixed time. Crypto withdrawals depend on liquidity and network conditions. See /help/withdrawals for details and requirements.

To withdraw, your email must be verified and your deposit playthrough completed: you must wager at least as much as you have deposited, plus what you redeemed from promo codes, on house-banked games. Coinflip and jackpot wagers do not count toward it. If the withdraw button is locked or blocked, or a withdrawal is refused, this is almost always why.

Crypto withdrawals have a minimum of 100 coins and a maximum of 20,000 coins per withdrawal. Skin withdrawals have no minimum or maximum value. A skin withdrawal can include up to 20 items, and you can have up to 5 skin withdrawals in progress at once. All your withdrawals together, skin and crypto, are limited to 40,000 coins per day. Larger withdrawals also need an approved identity check (KYC) first.

RustRush does not charge a separate fee on deposits or withdrawals. The coin price shown for a skin in the withdraw list is what you pay, and it already includes our fee. Crypto deposits and withdrawals have no platform fee, but blockchain network fees apply: the sender pays them on a deposit, and they are deducted from the amount of a withdrawal.

A withdrawal can be delayed by a security or compliance review, a skin leaving stock before our bot could claim it, a Market seller cancelling instead of delivering (CS2 only), sourcing that takes time or fails, limited crypto liquidity, payment-provider or network issues, or account-verification requirements. A delayed withdrawal stays open until it is delivered or refunded, so the coins for it are not lost in between. Contact support if you need an update.

The withdraw list is our stock plus a daily selection of catalogue skins, so a skin can be missing because it is not in stock and not in today's selection (on CS2, also when no marketplace seller offers it right now). A listed skin is not a promise that it can be delivered. The list refreshes daily, so check back later. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and a skin that cannot be delivered after you confirm is refunded to your balance.

Yes. A crypto withdrawal can be delayed, queued, or temporarily unavailable because of limited liquidity, wallet or provider availability, blockchain congestion, scheduled maintenance, or a compliance review. We process requests as quickly as operating conditions allow.

RustRush offers case opening, case battles, coinflip, crash, roulette, jackpot, and upgrader. Each game has its own mechanics and strategies.

In a case battle, you compete with other players by opening the same cases. The player or team with the highest total item value wins every participant’s items.

Crash is a multiplier game: place a bet, watch the multiplier rise, and cash out before it crashes to lock in your winnings. Waiting can increase the potential return, but you lose the bet if the game crashes first.

Crystal mode is free to play: crystals have no cash value, so games can be played with them at no financial risk. Coin mode uses real value: coins are bought with skin or crypto deposits and can be withdrawn as skins or crypto after the withdrawal conditions are met.

Items you win land in your RustRush Inventory. Open it with the Inventory button in the bottom bar (the Inventory tab on phones). Sell an item there for coins, then use Withdraw to take out a skin or crypto. Items won in Crystal mode are free-play items: they sell for crystals only and cannot be withdrawn.

Not the item itself. First sell it in your Inventory for coins: you get the value it had when you won it. Then open Withdraw and pick a skin from the withdraw list, or choose crypto. The skin you take out comes from that list, so it can be a different skin than the one you won. Items won in Crystal mode are free-play items: they sell for crystals only and cannot be withdrawn.

Yes. You can sell inventory items back to the platform for the value they had when you won them, which is added to your balance.

Catalogue values follow market pricing and can change. Selling an item from your Inventory pays the value it had when you won it.

Provably fair is a cryptographic system that determines every game outcome before your bet is placed and prevents it from being manipulated afterward. It uses server seeds, client seeds, and nonces to generate results you can verify.

Open the Provably Fair page and enter the game ID or round details. The verification tool shows exactly how the outcome was calculated. You can also verify it manually with the seed information.

Yes. You can change your client seed at any time from the Provably Fair page. Changing it reveals the previous server seed so you can verify all earlier rounds.

Coin mode involves real value: coins are bought with skin or crypto deposits and are redeemable through withdrawals, so losses are real. Crystal mode is completely free and crystals have no monetary value. If you use Coin mode, set limits and never wager more than you can afford to lose.
