Withdrawal Methods
CaseRush.gg supports the following withdrawal methods:
Skin Withdrawals
Withdraw CS2 skins directly to your Steam account via trade offer. Availability depends on current inventory levels.
Crypto Withdrawals
Withdraw in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or other supported cryptocurrencies to your personal wallet.
Requirements
Before you can withdraw, you must meet the following requirements:
Email verification
Your email address must be verified before any withdrawal.
Steam Trade URL
For skin withdrawals, a valid Steam Trade URL must be set in your profile.
KYC verification
May be required for larger withdrawal amounts or as part of routine security checks.
Playthrough requirements
If you received a sponsored balance or bonus, playthrough requirements must be completed before withdrawing.
Processing Times
All processing times are estimates. Actual times may vary based on operational conditions, network congestion, and security review requirements.
Why Withdrawals May Be Delayed
Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons:
If your withdrawal is delayed, your request remains in the queue and will be processed as soon as conditions allow. Contact support if you need an update on a pending withdrawal.

Click the Withdraw button in the navigation bar.

Browse available skins
Available items depend on current platform inventory. Not all items may be available at all times.

Select the items you want
Choose items up to your available balance.

Confirm the withdrawal
A Steam trade offer will be sent to your account.

Accept the trade offer in Steam
Open Steam and accept the trade. The items will appear in your Steam inventory.
What If an Item Is Unavailable?
Skin withdrawal availability depends on current platform inventory. If a specific item is temporarily out of stock, your withdrawal may be delayed until inventory is replenished through normal platform operations.
You will be notified when your request can be fulfilled. Alternatively, you can choose a different item of similar value that is currently in stock.
