How to Withdraw

Everything you need to know about withdrawing items and funds from RustRush.

Withdrawal Methods

RustRush supports the following withdrawal methods:

Skin Withdrawals

Withdraw Rust skins to your Steam account by trade offer. Skins come from our own stock or are sourced on request. The list changes with what is in stock.

Crypto Withdrawals

Withdraw in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or other supported cryptocurrencies to your personal wallet.

What Happens to Items I Win

A won item is not sent to Steam as it is. It goes through your Inventory first:

  1. The item lands in your Inventory

    Each item you win in a case, battle or other game is added to your Inventory. Open it from the Inventory button in the bottom bar (the Inventory tab on phones). An item in a running battle or upgrade is locked until that game finishes.

  2. Sell it for coins

    Selling pays the value the item had when you won it, credited to your coin balance. Items won in Crystal mode are free-play items and cannot be sold for coins or withdrawn.

  3. Withdraw with coins

    Withdraw spends coins. Pick a skin from the withdraw list: we send it from stock or source it on request; or send crypto to your own wallet. The skin you take out comes from the list, so it can be a different skin than the one you won.

Requirements

Before you can withdraw, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Email verification

    Your email address must be verified before any withdrawal.

  2. Steam Trade URL

    For skin withdrawals, a valid Steam Trade URL must be set in your profile.

  3. KYC verification

    May be required for larger withdrawal amounts or as part of routine security checks.

  4. 1x deposit playthrough

    All coin deposits must be wagered 1x on house games before withdrawing. Coinflip and jackpot wagers don't count toward this; case opening, battles, crash, roulette, mines, and the upgrader all do. Sponsored balances and bonuses may carry their own playthrough on top.

A single withdrawal of more than 220 coins, or one that would take your total withdrawals (pending ones included) past 440 coins, needs an approved identity check (KYC) first. Both limits are in coins and apply the same way to skin and crypto withdrawals.

Skin withdrawals have no coin minimum or maximum per withdrawal; they count toward the daily limit and the identity-check thresholds.

All processing times are estimates. Actual times may vary based on operational conditions, network congestion, and security review requirements.

Why Withdrawals May Be Delayed

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons:

Security or compliance review
The skin leaving stock before the bot could claim it (In stock)
Sourcing taking time or failing (On request)
Liquidity constraints (crypto withdrawals)
Blockchain network congestion
Payment provider maintenance
Account verification requirements

A delayed withdrawal stays open until it is delivered or refunded; the coins for it are not lost in between. Contact support if you need an update on a pending withdrawal.

Skin Withdrawal Steps

  1. Open Withdraw

    Choose Withdraw from your balance menu in the header (on wide screens it also sits next to your balance), use the Withdraw button inside your Inventory in coin mode, or go to rustrush.org/withdraw.

  2. Browse the skin list

    The list depends on what is in stock. Each skin carries a source label: In stock or On request.

  3. Select the skins you want

    Choose skins up to your available coin balance. You are charged only when you confirm.

  4. Confirm the withdrawal

    In stock: our trade bot sends the Steam trade offer. On request: we source the skin and arrange the trade once availability is confirmed.

  5. Accept the offer in Steam

    In stock: the offer comes from our trade bot, SupportCaserushGG, and is linked from your withdrawal in the Withdraw window; accept only that offer. An On request skin is sent by hand once it is sourced, so it never shows a linked offer on the site, and the withdrawal stays open until we confirm delivery. Before accepting an offer for it, ask support to confirm the sender. A withdrawal is fulfilled one way. If it mixes In stock skins with other skins, the whole withdrawal is sourced on request. Withdraw In stock skins on their own to keep their sender. The skin then appears in your Steam inventory.

Where Withdrawn Skins Come From

Each skin in the withdraw list carries a source label. It tells you who sends the Steam trade offer and what is promised:

In stock

Skins our trade bot already holds. The bot sends the Steam trade offer itself from the account SupportCaserushGG, and that offer is linked from your withdrawal in the Withdraw window. Usually quick when the bot is online; no delivery time is promised.

On request

On request means the skin is not in our stock right now, so we source it for you and arrange the Steam trade once availability is confirmed. It is an availability-backed request, not a reservation, and it has no fixed time. If the skin cannot be sourced before an offer is sent, the request is cancelled and the coins for it are refunded. An On request skin is sent by hand once it is sourced, so it never shows a linked offer on the site, and the withdrawal stays open until we confirm delivery. Before accepting an offer for it, ask support to confirm the sender.

Market sourcing covers CS2 skins only, so on RustRush a skin is either in stock or sourced on request. For an In stock skin, accept only the offer linked from your withdrawal in the Withdraw window; our trade bot's Steam identity is published on the legit page. An On request skin is sent by hand once it is sourced, so it never shows a linked offer on the site, and the withdrawal stays open until we confirm delivery. Before accepting an offer for it, ask support to confirm the sender.

A withdrawal is fulfilled one way. If it mixes In stock skins with other skins, the whole withdrawal is sourced on request. Withdraw In stock skins on their own to keep their sender. An In stock withdrawal that is held for review is also sent by hand and shows no linked offer; before accepting an offer for it, ask support to confirm the sender.
